The Medina Valley FFA hosts officer elections during the month of April. To become an officer in the Medina Valley FFA, students must be in good academic standing. Scores are comprised of a scored application weighted at 50% and a membership vote weighted at 50%. Outgoing seniors do not have voting rights regarding the next year’s officer team. Members must be present on balloting day to vote. The incoming FFA officers are installed at the annual FFA banquet. Campaigning in the form of social media posts, passing out brochures, candy, or treats is prohibited. Failure to comply to campaigning policy may result in disqualification of 
application.
